Believing that success in business is all about people, together with Szymon Bobrowski, Quentin Boufflers and Tanguy Letouzé we have recently decided to visit regional business owners to get to know them better and their local products.
Winnica Milanowska, founded in 2015 by Joanna Chrobot – Pabis at Milanowska Wólka was our first stop. During the tour in the vineyard we had a chance to learn about the wine making process and the five S’s of wine tasting: sight, smell, swirl, sip, and savour.
As the day went on, we also visited Kowalczyk Wędliny – local butcher based in Bieliny, as well as Smaki Ogrodu, where business owner Edyta Kot told us about the production of 100% natural juices made of local apples and currants.
Networking with business owners was a great chance for us to learn something new and taste their local products. However, more importantly an opportunity to talk about the solutions that eRural Resilience Project offers.
