Strong professional, law graduate with a Post Graduate studies focused in Administration and Management from Warsaw School of Economics. Shrewd negotiator with a vast experience in international relations setting. Has something to say in 6 languages 🙂

Steve Egan – An Effective and results driven project manager skilled in delivering complex, large scale Government funded programmes working across a range of public, private and third sector stakeholders and partners. Steve founded Creativity Works Preston in 2014 as a response to the closure of CSV Training Enterprise North West where Steve was the Regional Manager. Steve is responsible for development and strategy of the organisation.

Musician – trumpet player, graduate of the Academy of Music in Katowice. He is cooperating with Dikanda group on daily basis. His role is to perform on stage as a trumpeter but also manager. Expreienced as a stage manager on international musical festivals. Experienced coordinator and manager of folk groups from Poland operating with success on European markets. In the Project plays the role of the artistic coordinator responsible for the Communications with the musicians and supervising the creation process.


Szymon Bobrowski
MUSIC TUTOR/project manager

As a true language passionate, she spends most of her days teaching or learning them herself. Being fluent in English and French, she keeps studying Japanese, Polish Sign Language and even ASL. Creating a comfortable space for young people to develop their abilities and share passions is Iza’s motor for work. That’s why she introduces techniques from non-formal education in her job as a camp counsellor and animator. She’s a qualified facilitator, experienced in working with individuals of various ages, skills and needs, including people with diverse abilitie

Izabela Drogosz
Project Manager

Viktorija is graduate of the Institute of Education from the “Ss.Cyril and Methodius University” in North Macedonia and Master Degree in Human Recourses Management from the same University. Viktorija has experience for more than 18 years implementing projects related to labour market activation and employment for vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities, women and youth, community development, youth empowerment, provision of social services etc. Before joining CWE, for 12 years she was part of the United Nations Development Programme in North Macedonia working as Project Coordinator in Inclusive prosperity Unit. Currently she is managing two Interreg Baltic Sea Region core project – eRural Resilience and Energy Circle.
